• Conference dates: 22-23 May 2025
• Submissions: 15 March 2025
• Notification of acceptance/rejection for oral presentations: 30 April 2025
• Payment of the conference fee: not later than 15 May 2025

Fees

• Basic conference fee: 200 € (including VAT)
• PhD students: 100 € (including VAT)
• Registrations, paper submissions and payments of the fee are processed solely via Registration system

The Conference fee is not refundable, if the participation is cancelled.
